About the role
- Strategic Partnership: Act as an internal consultant to leadership, understanding business pain points and translating them into HR solutions (Talent Management, Engagement, and Performance).
- Culture and Engagement: Promote the "Eletromidia Way", ensuring a culture of kindness, transparency, and collaboration is practiced—especially during times of change.
- Digital Transformation: Support the digital adoption of teams, encouraging the use of new technologies and AI in daily work.
- People Cycles: Support processes such as Performance Cycles, Calibration, Succession Planning, and Merit/Promotion cycles for the areas served.
- People Analytics: Analyze and use data and metrics (turnover, engagement/climate, headcount) to diagnose issues and propose predictive action plans.
- Change Management: Facilitate restructuring processes, integration of new areas, or process changes, ensuring stability of the organizational climate.
- Leadership Development: Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to raise leadership maturity and improve team management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Experience: Solid experience as an HRBP, preferably in Technology, AdTech, Media companies, or high-growth startups;
- Digital Mindset: Comfortable using data (data-driven) and curious about new technologies (AI, collaboration tools);
- Resilience and Agility: Ability to navigate dynamic environments with frequent changes and a continuous growth mindset;
- Business Acumen: Understanding P&L, commercial targets, and how operations generate revenue to connect HR actions to business results;
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in People Management or Business is a plus;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) applied to HR;
- Experience in M&A processes (mergers and acquisitions).
