About the role

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, from document verification to recording in internal systems and submitting required data to relevant government agencies, including onboarding activities;
  • Draft employment contracts and ensure electronic signatures are obtained;
  • Track and manage employees' vacation balances, ensuring vacation planning complies with company policies and current legislation;
  • Accurately calculate vacation pay, including the statutory one‑third vacation bonus, ensure correct entries in the payroll system and submit required data to relevant government agencies;
  • Monitor vacation scheduling to ensure legal deadlines are met, including issuing notifications to employees;
  • Control and manage benefits for all company employees, including procurement, payments and contract management;
  • Perform termination calculations;
  • Prepare and review termination documents, such as the Termo de Rescisão de Contrato de Trabalho (TRCT - Termination of Employment Contract), and ensure delivery within legal deadlines;
  • Conduct termination signings/homologations and ensure documentation is properly signed;
  • Provide clarification to employees on matters related to payroll, vacations, benefits, terminations, and other HR-related queries;
  • Provide clear and efficient support to employees, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Experience in payroll, hiring, vacations, terminations and benefits, preferably in medium- or large-sized companies;
  • Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Logical reasoning and numerical aptitude;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner.
