About the role
- Assist in reviewing and verifying documents for new hires;
- Support the execution of the hiring process steps;
- Assist with communication with approved candidates;
- Organize and update records and spreadsheets related to hiring;
- Support other Personnel Administration team activities as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Proactive attitude and interest in learning about HR processes.
- Previous experience in personnel administration, HR, or related areas;
- Knowledge of hiring and onboarding processes;
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, HR systems);
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse candidate profiles;
- Proactive and eager to learn and develop in HR;
- Organized and detail-oriented in administrative processes;
- Experience managing documentation and monitoring contracts.
