• Design, build, deploy, and monitor production AI agents using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) on GCP
• Build integration surface, APIs, event triggers, and ETL pipelines
• Own all GCP infrastructure as code in Terraform
• Operate CI/CD pipeline and maintain logging, metrics, tracing, and cost monitoring
• Partner with IT Operations Lead on security monitoring and automation

• Own the day-to-day execution of the IT operations program
• Turn compliance and security architecture into auditable, reliable operations
• Manage systems across Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Ensure compliance-grade IT operations for engagement with regulators and investors
• Build auditable controls, controlled-data architecture, and operational discipline
• Make decisions that support the company's data, identity, and endpoint posture
• Run a Jira help desk and coordinate cybersecurity incident response
