About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 4+ years of experience in project finance, corporate, and/or transactional practice
  • Project finance for complex infrastructure or construction projects
  • Joint venture formation, governance, and joint venture finance structures
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with strong business acumen
  • Independently managing multiple matters in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Nuclear or energy industry experience is a plus.
