About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support deal structuring, negotiation, and drafting for project finance facilities
Assist with financing arrangements for joint ventures
Collaborate with the Finance team on term sheets and credit agreements
Support the formation and governance of joint ventures
Draft and negotiate joint venture and partnership agreements
Ensure compliance with OFAC, CFIUS, and FOCD requirements
Support investments and strategic transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
4+ years of experience in project finance, corporate, and/or transactional practice
Project finance for complex infrastructure or construction projects
Joint venture formation, governance, and joint venture finance structures
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with strong business acumen
Independently managing multiple matters in a fast-growing startup environment
Nuclear or energy industry experience is a plus.
