• Assemble a timeline for a new project and assign the appropriate milestones and tasks within our project management system
• Monitor project budgets and expenses and provide forecasted revenue projections to Element Three’s finance team
• Navigate project complexities and make it easy for the team to stay organized & informed

• Identify opportunities to drive client success.
• Pull together presentation decks that summarize client problems and suggest paths forward.
• Help inform decisions on prioritizing team tasks for speed-to-market impact.
• Lead cross-organizational planning meetings with clients about trade shows.
• Collaborate with team members on clients’ annual strategies and prepare presentations.
• Draft statements of work and project briefs for client programs.
• QA presentations from both the client and internal perspectives.
