About the role
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for assigned automotive film product lines.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Define product requirements and collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Operations to bring new products to market.
- Manage the product lifecycle , including launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out.
- Support commercial teams with product training, technical documentation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and profitability, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles within the chemical industry.
- Solid understanding of chemical formulations, applications, and regulatory environments.
- Experience working in international markets or with global teams is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
