About the role

  • Drives development and growth for Strategic Accounts, OEM’s, and OSAT’s
  • Creates and executes strategic account plans in collaboration with senior management
  • Manages stakeholders across the organization
  • Establishes productive relationships with key customer personnel
  • Leads solution development and value creation efforts
  • Takes responsibility for senior level customer communication, negotiations, and contracts
  • Encourages global collaboration and supports team success

Requirements

  • At minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
  • At least 10 years working experience
  • 3-5 years of strategic account management
  • Established network and relationships in the industry
  • Positive assertive with exceptional relationship and networking skills
  • Experience with leading teams and strong business acumen
  • Successful track record selling in a solution-oriented, products and services, long-term contract model
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in a virtual environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
