About the role
- Drives development and growth for Strategic Accounts, OEM’s, and OSAT’s
- Creates and executes strategic account plans in collaboration with senior management
- Manages stakeholders across the organization
- Establishes productive relationships with key customer personnel
- Leads solution development and value creation efforts
- Takes responsibility for senior level customer communication, negotiations, and contracts
- Encourages global collaboration and supports team success
Requirements
- At minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
- At least 10 years working experience
- 3-5 years of strategic account management
- Established network and relationships in the industry
- Positive assertive with exceptional relationship and networking skills
- Experience with leading teams and strong business acumen
- Successful track record selling in a solution-oriented, products and services, long-term contract model
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Experience in a virtual environment
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
