About the role
- Drive the creation, implementation, and execution of the G-China business development strategy.
- Maintain the expert on AIA products which includes solder paste, flux, sTIM, & lidseal materials.
- Drive the sales of AIA products in Semiconductor Assembly market.
- Be the main contact person/interface between the region and the line of business.
- Be the trusted advisor for customers building long term relationships along with the sales teams.
- Drive and support the value sell of our solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Mechanics, Electronics, Material Science or equivalent or related discipline.
- 10 years working experience of which at least 3 years in a comparable role besides 7 years of technical expertise.
- Proven track record of commercial successes based on deep technical/technology insights in advanced packaging materials – solder paste, flux, sTIM, lid-seal materials, etc.
