About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and growth plans for the Taiwan market.
  • Identify market trends, emerging customer needs, and potential business opportunities in the Electronic materials and IC Substrate segment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and technical team.
  • Establish team KPIs and performance goals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and own account plans to support customer success, drive revenue, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Take full accountability for both sales and technical operations in Taiwan.
  • Work closely with R&D, application engineering, and global product teams to align technology offerings with customer needs.
  • Analyze market data, sales performance, and competitive activity to inform decision-making.
  • Support and contribute to the country-level business planning and forecasting process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the PCB or IC Substrate industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership or business management role.
  • Deep understanding of substrate technology, fabrication process, market applications, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
