About the role

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support day‑to‑day HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and document management
  • Assist with compliance tasks such as I‑9 verification, EEO reporting, and other audit requests
  • Prepare HR documents including offer letters, new hire packets, severance agreements, and job descriptions
  • Coordinate new‑hire onboarding logistics, including offer letter extension and pre-employment screening management
  • Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries, escalating issues appropriately
  • Enter and audit data in HR systems to ensure accuracy across payroll, benefits, and HRIS platforms
  • Run routine HR reports and assist with consolidating data for dashboards, metrics, or audits

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree
  • 0-3 years of experience in HR or an HR administrative role
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and foundational concepts including employment law
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Proficiency with HRIS or ATS (Workday, Oracle, SAP, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Comfort learning new HR systems/tools
