About the role

  • supports the APAC Treasury Lead in overseeing regional liquidity, Free Cash Flow (FCF) forecasting inputs, and FX exposure reporting
  • leads the operational integration of Micromax (MCM) entities into ESI’s global Treasury framework
  • primary execution owner for APAC short-term FCF, including WC forecasting (all ESI entities)
  • global MCM treasury process integration
  • FX Exposure reporting and funding coordination
  • cross-border liquidity management within China regulatory constraints
  • enhances forecast accuracy, strengthens working capital visibility, and ensures disciplined execution of Treasury processes across the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in Treasury, corporate finance, or cash management, ideally within a multinational environment and with exposure to liquidity management, cash forecasting, or FX reporting
  • Fluent in English.
