About the role
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and best practices
- Oversee and manage employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Support talent acquisition and lead onboarding processes
- Partner with leadership to implement performance management programs
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar generalist role
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
