IT Support

• Provide internal IT support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and service issues.
• Analyze current internal IT workflows and systems to identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate routine IT resource management and provisioning tasks.
• Assist with the administration and configuration of devices using MDM and cloud platforms such as Mosyle, Microsoft Intune, AWS, and GCP.
• Assist in setting up monitoring and alerting for internal systems to ensure high availability.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT systems, setups, and user troubleshooting guides.
• Assist in tracking and documenting internal IT assets, hardware, and software licenses.

• Lead the implementation of FHIR standards, ensuring accuracy and efficient data exchange Ingest healthcare data from source systems into FHIR resources, via ETL processes, checking for data quality and integrity.
• Create and maintain data mapping specifications to transform non-FHIR data formats into FHIR-compliant data.
• Develop scalable API endpoints, scaling FHIR solutionsImplement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive healthcare data.

• Own and deliver integrated marketing activity that drives pipeline and market awareness:
• Field marketing and campaigns - plan and execute campaigns, working closely with Sales and SDRs on lead handover, pipeline generation and follow-up
• Demand generation and partners - run multi-channel campaigns and co-marketing initiatives to drive qualified pipeline
• Content and messaging - create and adapt content across website pages, socials, campaigns, sales collateral and product announcements
