About the role

  • Operational management reporting directly to executive management (CEO office)
  • Leading key cross-functional initiatives across the organization
  • Preparing decision materials including options, recommendations and risk assessments
  • End-to-end accountability for critical projects and special initiatives
  • Establishing and maintaining clear priorities, roadmaps and operating rhythms
  • Quality and risk management in a finance-oriented environment
  • Acting as the interface between executive management, Finance, Operations, HR, Tech and external partners
  • Hands-on support when issues escalate or rapid execution is required

Requirements

  • Excellent academic background in business administration or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience at a top-tier management consultancy or in a similarly demanding environment is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to structure complex issues and translate them into clear decisions
  • Experience in complex, performance-driven environments such as scale-ups, consulting or finance
  • Strong understanding of business models and operational interdependencies
  • Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility across functional boundaries
  • High personal standards, reliability and resilience
