💰 $125,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Manage all business line software aspects of pilot projects from planning through completion
- Facilitate pilot site selection based on agreed pilot criteria
- Manage the customer and their schedule throughout the pilot program ensuring the customer is kept informed
- Facilitate regular meetings with the customer and Elekta key stakeholders within the customers local time zone
- Manage allocation of multi-functional Elekta resources to the pilot program
- Communicate implementation project plans, progress, and action items to both external customer and internal teams
- Manage pilot programs in compliance with QMS procedures
- Manage customer escalations relating to pilot program, remotely and on-site as required
- Oversee accurate documentation of implementation and product support demands in business systems during pilot program
- Contribute to pilot process improvements
- Maintain continuous professional development and take training courses and placements or secondments as agreed
- Utilise clinical or technical specialist expertise in daily operations
- Manage 'customer led' validation activities to obtain user feedback for product development and solutions
- Communicate and ensure compliance with Elekta’s Code of Conduct
Requirements
- Degree level education and/or three or more years of successful project management within a high technology industry
- Employees must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend the English language
- Elekta software knowledge is strongly desirable
- Strong leadership, organizational and time management skill
