• Provide maternity cover within the HR team
• Responsible for payroll and benefits administration
• Deliver broad HR support across the organization
• Accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll across designated countries
• Own end-to-end payroll processing including review and validation of payroll inputs and outputs
• Ensure full compliance with payroll legislation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records
• Respond to payroll queries from employees
• Coordinate recruitment activities for internship, temporary, and permanent roles
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Administer employee benefits
• Prepare and issue employee documentation across all stages of the employment lifecycle
• Provide general HR administrative support
