HR Executive – Fixed Term Contract
ElectroRouteHR Executive at ElectroRoute providing maternity cover and managing payroll and benefits administration. Delivering HR support and coordinating recruitment activities in a hybrid work setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide maternity cover within the HR team
- Responsible for payroll and benefits administration
- Deliver broad HR support across the organization
- Accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll across designated countries
- Own end-to-end payroll processing including review and validation of payroll inputs and outputs
- Ensure full compliance with payroll legislation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records
- Respond to payroll queries from employees
- Coordinate recruitment activities for internship, temporary, and permanent roles
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Administer employee benefits
- Prepare and issue employee documentation across all stages of the employment lifecycle
- Provide general HR administrative support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 – 5 years HR or payroll experience
- Third level qualification in Payroll, HR, Business or related discipline is desirable
- Good planning and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong administrative and document management skills
- Use of Bamboo system or other HRIS
- Flexible and eager to learn material in new fields and develop new work practices
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team
