Product Marketing

• Own total platform ADV, account activation rates, and revenue — the market health metrics that define ElectronX’s commercial success
• Build and execute the GTM plan to reach funded account goals, the vast majority of which are actively trading by the end of 2026
• Segment and prioritize the full addressable market; partner with the Strategic Sales lead on coverage of the top institutional names
• Report weekly pipeline and market health metrics to the CEO: funded account velocity, account type mix, activation rates by segment, spread quality
• Own onboarding and activation for all accounts — once an account is signed by any seller, it enters your activation system
• Design and run a high-velocity activation engine: repeatable processes, scoring frameworks, and outreach sequencing that convert pipeline into first trades
• Deploy AI tooling across the commercial workflow — research automation, outreach personalization, predictive account prioritization
• Run quarterly institutional account reviews in partnership with the Strategic Sales lead; you own platform utilization and growth metrics
• Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, Revenue Operations Associates, and a Marketing Manager
• Install and continuously improve the revenue stack: CRM hygiene, lead scoring, pipeline velocity metrics, activation tracking, outreach sequencing
• Build incentive structures for the team that drive the right outcomes at every stage of the funnel — tied to platform volume growth and net-new funded account acquisition
• Own and develop the Marketing Manager’s mandate: content, social, events, and brand — with a clear line from every investment to funded account growth
• Instrument the customer journey from first login to first trade; bring market intelligence directly into roadmap decisions
• Be a true commercial voice in decision making, alongside the CEO, COO, and Head of Product — not just a downstream consumer of what gets built
• Contribute to ElectronX’s customer education program as a key content contributor and strategic advisor on what the market needs to hear

Head of GTM, Revenue

Administration

• Manage office supplies and vendor relationships for both the New York and Chicago offices
• Ensure the office is a productive, welcoming place to work — coordinating team meals and keeping the space well-stocked so the team can stay focused on their work
• Plan and coordinate periodic corporate events, including meetings and team-building activities
• Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology needs
• Set new hires up for a great first day — building access, IT, and the welcoming details — and partner with IT and building management to keep both offices secure, accessible, and equipped so the team never has to worry about the basics
• Helping the executive team flag and resolve calendar conflicts so their time goes to high-priority work
• Assisting when needed with travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the executive team
• Track and reconcile expenses for the executive team on an as-needed basis
• Lead and execute special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and independent problem-solving

Infrastructure Engineer

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments across multiple tiers (development through production) using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Manage container orchestration platforms including cluster lifecycle, autoscaling, ingress, persistent storage, and workload isolation
• Implement and enforce cloud organization policies, IAM, and network security controls
• Apply FinOps principles to monitor cloud spend, identify waste, and drive cost optimization across environments
• Administer centralized log management and SIEM platforms, including index management, ingestion pipelines, and query performance tuning
• Build and maintain operational dashboards covering application health, platform latency, infrastructure status, and security events
• Instrument log and metric ingestion from cloud services, network infrastructure, SaaS tools, and application tiers
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in aggregated metrics and pre-computed summaries

• Enforce endpoint compliance via mobile device management (MDM) tooling, including configuration profiles and zero-touch provisioning
• Support SOC 2 Type II evidence collection and continuous control monitoring
• Manage zero-trust network overlays: access control policies, subnet routing, and log telemetry integration
• Maintain DNS, TLS, and secure file transfer configurations for external connectivity
• Manage and maintain modern enterprise firewalls and VPN solutions, including policy configuration, rule management, and ongoing optimization
• Troubleshoot network issues across cloud virtual networks and hybrid connectivity
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation of one week per month, providing support for production systems during exchange operating hours

Senior Systems – Infrastructure Engineer

Risk

• Own the end-to-end risk management framework for the exchange and DCO.
• Define the enterprise risk appetite and tolerance statement.
• Build the risk governance structure including policies, procedures, and escalation frameworks.
• Establish risk reporting to the Board, regulators, and senior leadership.
• Develop and chair the Risk Committee.
• Design and oversee margin model validation, stress testing, and back-testing programs.
• Manage counterparty credit risk assessment and ongoing monitoring for clearing members.
• Develop position limits, concentration risk policies, and large trader surveillance.
• Build default fund sizing methodologies and maintain the default waterfall.
• Stand up the operational risk program covering technology risk, business continuity, and third-party risk management.
• Build real-time risk monitoring and surveillance systems that can scale with 24x7 trading.
• Manage liquidity risk including liquidity stress testing and contingency funding planning.
• Establish robust financial controls for wire processing, cash reconciliation, and treasury operations.
• Ensure full compliance with customer funds segregation and protection requirements.
• Serve as the primary risk liaison with the CFTC and other regulatory bodies.
• Lead risk-related regulatory filings, rule submissions, and examination readiness.
• Ensure compliance with CFTC Part 39 requirements around risk management, financial resources, and default procedures.
• Stay ahead of evolving regulatory expectations and proactively adapt the risk framework.
• Build and lead a high-performing risk management team.
• Collaborate closely with compliance and finance on margin model design and clearing risk integration, and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial teams to embed risk thinking into business decisions.
• Manage relationships with regulators, clearing members, and industry risk bodies.
• Represent ElectronX in industry risk forums and working groups.
