About the role

  • As a Partner Manager, you will help expand and accelerate partner-sourced revenue by enabling dozens of partner sales teams and hundreds of partner sales reps. You’ll focus on execution: delivering trainings, administering certifications, supporting field enablement, and ensuring partners have the right collateral and processes to sell Electric effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and outcomes.
  • Deliver against the customer acquisition and revenue targets established for each partner
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners and act as the liaison with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success
  • Build and strengthen partner relationships, including developing and maintaining annual plans, managing ongoing status meetings, and facilitating QBRs
  • Optimize internal processes and operations related to partner solutions
  • Identify and execute joint go-to-market opportunities and work with Marketing and Sales to support these initiatives
  • Maintain and distribute partner-specific assets, including marketing resources and internal/external enablement materials
  • Lead the execution of partner enablement: deliver live trainings/webinars, run demo rehearsals, and administer certifications for partner sales teams and reps
  • Support field enablement (train-the-trainer, joint call shadowing, event/booth support) and manage logistics (scheduling, LMS uploads, attendance tracking, access provisioning)
  • Track attendance, completions, and enablement engagement; share insights and partner feedback with internal owners for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to Electric’s overall partnership strategy through disciplined execution and clear communication

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with strategic partners or customers in Partner Management, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or Sales/Field Enablement within technology/SaaS
  • Proven ability to execute enablement for large seller populations (trainings, certifications, logistics) across multiple partner organizations
  • Excellent facilitator and presenter; comfortable running webinars, workshops, and live Q&A
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30-40% of the time to attend partner or company onsite meetings, conferences and trade shows.
  • Strong operational skills: scheduling, coordination, documentation, and reporting with high attention to detail
  • Collaborative, positive, and consultative problem solver who thrives cross-functionally
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to bring process and structure to evolving partner motions
  • Proficient with LMS/enablement platforms, webinar tools, and CRM reporting
