About the role
- You are responsible for the entire sales cycle through to contract signing and work closely with Customer Success and Marketing
- Qualify and analyze customer situations across the organization and build business cases for elearnio based on those insights
- Conduct online demos and presentations with a detailed introduction of our service offering, aiming to acquire new customers
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and the Product team to continuously optimize processes and services in the interest of our customers
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders – particularly within HR and C-level management
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS or B2B services, ideally with exposure to mid-market companies
- Solid experience in realistic forecasting and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on time
- Strong active listening skills and a focused, confident, and proactive communication style
- Interest in technology products and software, especially in the EdTech sector
- Ability to win the trust and enthusiasm of prospective customers through positive, energetic, and creative engagement
- Native-level German (C2)
