Account Executive

• Qualifizierung und Analyse der Kundensituation im gesamten Unternehmen sowie darauf aufbauende Entwicklung von Business Cases für elearnio
• Durchführung von Online-Demos und Präsentationen mit detaillierter Vorstellung unseres Service-Angebots, mit dem Ziel, Neukunden zu gewinnen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Success und Product Team, um Prozesse und Serviceleistungen kontinuierlich im Sinne unserer Kunden zu optimieren
• Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu externen Stakeholdern – insbesondere im HR- und C-Level-Management
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Leadgenerierung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing-Team

Executive Assistant

• You will support our executive management in all organizational and administrative matters, ensuring they can focus on their core responsibilities.
• You will be the central point of contact and maintain an overview of all key appointments, projects, and processes.
• Finance & Accounting: Preparation of invoices, preliminary bookkeeping, and support in collaboration with the tax advisor.
• Project Management: Coordination and follow-up of projects, meeting preparation, and documentation.
• HR Administration: Support with onboarding, contract management, and general personnel processes.
• Office & Scheduling Management: Calendar maintenance, appointment organization, travel planning, and trip handling.
• Meeting Support: Preparation and follow-up of meetings, creation of agendas, and minute-taking.
