About the role

  • Manage multiple sites/units operationally, financially, in human resources and in project delivery
  • Act as an ambassador of corporate values with clients and employees
  • Engage with stakeholders to effectively address their daily challenges
  • Ensure compliance with culinary, budgetary and contractual commitments
  • Oversee hygiene, food safety, occupational health and safety, quality and and environmental processes
  • Provide daily operational guidance and performance indicators for activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years' experience in the restaurant sector in similar roles
  • Higher education diploma from a recognized hospitality/hotel school
  • Proficiency with computers and office software
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver's license
