About the role
- Support the Head of Quality & Sustainability for German-speaking Switzerland with administrative and organizational tasks in quality management
- Actively implement and further develop quality standards and sustainability objectives
- Manage and process customer feedback and inquiries
- Support monitoring of corrective actions
- Organize and coordinate customer satisfaction surveys
- Assist operations in complying with regulations and internal policies
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of the quality management system (QMS)
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training (KV) or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in quality management is an advantage
- Excellent editing and writing skills
- Confident, stylistically assured written German
- Good IT skills (MS Office, etc.)
- German (very good knowledge / fluent)
- English (good knowledge)
- French (a plus)
