About the role

  • Support the Head of Quality & Sustainability for German-speaking Switzerland with administrative and organizational tasks in quality management
  • Actively implement and further develop quality standards and sustainability objectives
  • Manage and process customer feedback and inquiries
  • Support monitoring of corrective actions
  • Organize and coordinate customer satisfaction surveys
  • Assist operations in complying with regulations and internal policies
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of the quality management system (QMS)

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training (KV) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience in quality management is an advantage
  • Excellent editing and writing skills
  • Confident, stylistically assured written German
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, etc.)
  • German (very good knowledge / fluent)
  • English (good knowledge)
  • French (a plus)
