About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring effective operational execution on site
  • Contribute to the daily management of catering operations
  • Ensure continuity of service and coordinate teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to procedures and high quality of execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operational management within a demanding hospitality or catering environment
  • Comfortable with numbers and computer tools
  • Natural leadership, exemplary conduct and strong service mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Operational knowledge of kitchen processes and a strong understanding of quality issues
  • Hotel management diploma required (hotel school, Federal Diploma or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of French and English required
