About the role
- Responsible for ensuring effective operational execution on site
- Contribute to the daily management of catering operations
- Ensure continuity of service and coordinate teams
- Ensure strict adherence to procedures and high quality of execution
- Coordinate the organization of banquets, cocktails and events
- Supervise, train and support staff
- Monitor inventories, orders and stock management
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational management within a demanding hospitality or catering environment
- Comfortable with numbers and computer tools
- Natural leadership, exemplary conduct and strong service mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Operational knowledge of kitchen processes and a strong understanding of quality issues
- Hotel management diploma required (hotel school, Federal Diploma or equivalent)
- Excellent command of French and English required
