About the role

  • Oversee all F&B operations on site
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef
  • Ensure an impeccable guest experience
  • Ensure strict management of budgets, teams and quality standards
  • Coordinate the organization of banquets, cocktails and events
  • Manage, train and support your staff
  • Supervise all catering services on site
  • Ensure strict compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the premises

Requirements

  • Strong experience in restaurant leadership and management in a demanding environment
  • Comfortable with numbers and IT tools
  • Natural leadership, exemplary professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a true customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
  • Operational knowledge of kitchen operations and a thorough understanding of quality, production and service issues
  • Hotel diploma required (hotel management school, Federal Diploma or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of French and English required
