About the role
- Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the sales team
- Gathers information on assigned referral sources
- Makes in person sales calls to gather their needs and provide solutions
- Provides on-going support to retain customers
- Ensures prompt and accurate answers to referral sources and partners
- Builds strong relationships, through regular communication
- Reports on the status of accounts
- Suggests Elara Caring services that maximize the referral sources outcomes and desired outcomes
- Coordinates with Key Account Managers, Clinical teams, and internal partners to support sales plans for key clients
- Promotes new products/services to existing customers
- Reports and follows-up on identified patient concerns and quality of care issues to the appropriate individuals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver customer satisfaction
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
- Must have a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license and auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state
