About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Develop recruiting strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources
  • Source for both active and passive candidates using creative techniques including social media, job boards, cold-calling, etc.
  • Keep a team of elite healthcare professionals operational

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field is preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • 2 years of experience in Heath Care Recruiting
  • Workday (applicant tracking system) experience is preferred
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and communication effectively with Executives, Directors, and team members
  • 10% travel
