About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Develop recruiting strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources
- Source for both active and passive candidates using creative techniques including social media, job boards, cold-calling, etc.
- Keep a team of elite healthcare professionals operational
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field is preferred
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- 2 years of experience in Heath Care Recruiting
- Workday (applicant tracking system) experience is preferred
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and communication effectively with Executives, Directors, and team members
- 10% travel
