About the role

  • Ensure client clinics implement Traction correctly
  • Implement Traction with technical and strategic excellence
  • Ensure real platform adoption (not just access)
  • Monitor conversion, loss, and recovery metrics
  • Educate clients on best practices for patient service and workflows
  • Anticipate churn risks and build positive platform dependency
  • Lead the initial onboarding (kickoff) meeting
  • Collect and organize clinic information (structure, schedules, intake channels, and patient flow)
  • Create and configure the clinic account, users, and monitored channels
  • Validate integrations and ensure everything is functioning correctly
  • Ensure the client understands the method, not just the system
  • Train the client in practical use of the platform
  • Ensure leads, losses, and follow-ups are being recorded correctly
  • Fix issues related to usage, process, or understanding
  • Translate data into clear, actionable steps for the client
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings
  • Analyze results, bottlenecks, and service failures
  • Evaluate metrics such as response time and lost leads
  • Suggest improvements to processes, communication, and clinic routines
  • Ensure the client perceives real value in Traction
  • Act proactively to prevent low adoption, misalignment, or demotivation
  • Identify upsell opportunities, advanced usage scenarios, and case-study development
  • Support collecting feedback and success stories
  • Report bugs, suggestions, and recurring friction points
  • Bring real customer learnings to product development
  • Support the commercial team with insights, data, and impact stories

Requirements

  • Experience with medical clinics or healthcare
  • Experience with CRM, customer service, or operational processes
  • Strong data literacy and ability to interpret metrics
  • Organized and methodical
  • Didactic, patient, and analytical profile
  • Strong communication skills, with assertiveness and clarity
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Strong results orientation (not focused on superficial use)
