• As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Shields’ strategic marketing vision. You will:
• - **Develop and execute** a group-wide marketing strategy to enhance Shields’ premium brand position and reduce patient acquisition costs.
• - **Build best-in-class marketing infrastructure** across digital and traditional channels — ensuring scalable, data-driven performance.
• - **Shape the narrative** that defines Shields’ reputation in the market, through authentic storytelling, compelling content, and strong brand consistency.
• - **Lead multi-channel campaigns** (social media, SEO, PPC, email, radio, and print) that attract and retain patients, recruit top clinical talent, and support new clinic acquisitions.
• - **Collaborate cross-functionally** with clinic teams to develop localised marketing plans and ensure brand alignment across all locations.
• - **Report directly to senior leadership**, providing actionable insights on KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and patient retention.
