- Driving operational excellence across the firm’s multi‑office practice
- Overseeing firmwide operations processes, technology enablement, compliance, and strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth
- Maintaining and enhancing business continuity program
- Expanding the breadth and value of strategic procurement as an enterprise function
- Advancing Environmental, Social and Governance/Responsible Ownership program
- Managing applicable technologies, budgeting and internal reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, ideally within a CPA firm or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated success managing multi‑office operations and large, cross‑functional teams.
- Strong understanding of firm workflows, regulatory requirements, and seasonal business cycles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change‑management skills.
- Experience with practice management systems, workflow tools, and accounting technology platforms.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the firm and with external partners.
