• Assist a portfolio of clients around the world with financial modeling, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis and more.
• Help with market research and trend analysis to give clients ideas on how to improve their operations, financial structure and operating results.
• Build 3-statement financial models from the ground up, then run and adjust them every month according to client’s actual results.
• Work in a wide range of tech/software platforms including Shopify, Quickbooks Online, Xero, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller/Vendor, Rippling, Gusto and more.

• Provide Fractional CFO and Bookkeeping services for fast-growing eCommerce Brands and Agencies in Canada, US and UK.
• Work with financial modeling, risk management, US/Canadian GAAP, financing, audit, investor relations, and more.
• Specialize and grow into future roles in a small but fast-growing company.
• Work-life balance: flexible hours, early sign-off Fridays.
• Work across Netsuite, Shopify, Quickbooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc, Dext, Google Sheets/Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller/Vendor, Rippling, Gusto, Bill.com.
• Follow client timezone requirement: 10am-6pm EST with some flexibility.
• Organize financial transactions, reconciliations, data entry, invoice/bill tracking, payroll submission, and resolve minor customer/vendor issues.
