About the role
- Provide Fractional CFO and Bookkeeping services for fast-growing eCommerce Brands and Agencies in Canada, US and UK.
- Work with financial modeling, risk management, US/Canadian GAAP, financing, audit, investor relations, and more.
- Specialize and grow into future roles in a small but fast-growing company.
- Work-life balance: flexible hours, early sign-off Fridays.
- Work across Netsuite, Shopify, Quickbooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc, Dext, Google Sheets/Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller/Vendor, Rippling, Gusto, Bill.com.
- Follow client timezone requirement: 10am-6pm EST with some flexibility.
- Organize financial transactions, reconciliations, data entry, invoice/bill tracking, payroll submission, and resolve minor customer/vendor issues.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills.
