Own the Boise HVM Site Tool Installation and Qualification (TIQ) business process and roadmap
Track project schedule status in TMQ (Tool Move Qual) application and drive Performance-to-Plan (P2P)
Lead Negative Float Solve (NFS) meetings to mitigate timeline and cost risks with partners
Ensure documentation readiness: Tool Configuration Documentation (Doc2), TSR, and TUM to enable installations to meet business plans
TIQ Change Management business process owner: system management and Change Control Board (CCB) meetings for cost/schedule-impacting changes
Drive the TIQ Steering Committee, facilitate training and workshops, own TIQ-related data systems and data validation
Collaborate with sister HVM sites and central teams for benchmarking, leverage and generate Best-Known Methods (BKMs) and support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
Build and maintain global relationships, present to partners and leaders, and use data analysis skills to support decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of semiconductor industry experience
Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and project/program management skills
Ability to influence partners and customers to enable program success
Demonstrate solid understanding of Semiconductor front-end Fab equipment and processes with experience in equipment installation
Knowledge of Program Management methods (PMP certification is a nice to have)
Strong PC Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 Application suite, Tableau, Power Automate, AI applications (e.g., Co-Pilot), and SharePoint (expert level knowledge is highly helpful)
Experience in Change Management methodologies
Flexibility to tackle new challenges and learn new skills
Detailed understanding of Tool Install (TI) procedures and ability to develop solutions, optimize and benchmark
