About the role

  • Lead transformation programs across warehouse and transportation operations
  • Align program goals with business objectives and supply chain strategy
  • Coordinate teams across operations, IT, finance, procurement, and external vendors
  • Develop and maintain a transformation roadmap with milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and process optimization
  • Prioritize projects based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability
  • Manage full project lifecycles including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Track risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current warehouse and transportation workflows to identify inefficiencies
  • Recommend and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Standardize best practices across facilities and teams
  • Technology Integration: Support deployment of WMS, TMS, and automation tools
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure successful implementation and user adoption
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance logistics performance
  • Change Management: Develop communication plans, training programs, and support structures to guide organizational change
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and build alignment across teams
  • Monitor adoption and adjust strategies to ensure long-term success
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure progress
  • Analyze data to assess impact and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Present outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas
  • The ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in warehouse or transportation environments
  • Knowledge of WMS, TMS, and logistics technologies
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
  • Experience with automation technologies such as robotics or AS/RS
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
