About the role
- Own Micron’s corporate narrative and messaging architecture, partnering with senior leaders and the C-suite to align on a single, credible story
- Define and evolve the corporate message house, ensuring clarity on what we say, to whom, and why as the business and market evolve
- Lead the customer storytelling and proof point program, setting standards for quality, relevance, and reuse at enterprise scale
- Establish operating models, workflows, and disclosure-ready systems including use case pipelines, claims databases, and cross-BU calendars
- Drive narrative adoption and impact through enablement, training, and measurement across marketing, communications, sales, and IR
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, thought leadership, or product marketing within the technology sector
- 3+ years leading high-performing teams in a large, matrixed organization
- Proven experience building enterprise-level messaging frameworks or narrative architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology and industry trends into clear, credible narratives for executive audiences
