Lead and nurture a group of engineers and technicians supporting High NA EUV activities
Represent Micron at NYCreates while safeguarding intellectual property
Coordinate tool time, wafer/reticle/material inventory, and shipping logistics for High NA EUV operations
Define and guide patterning pathfinding projects and align with process integration teams
Develop High NA EUV modules collaboratively with Boise, Hiroshima, and other Micron TD locations

Requirements

B.S. in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 15+ years semiconductor process experience, or M.S./Ph.D. with 10+ years experience
5+ years people-leadership experience with at least 5 direct reports
Strong understanding of EUV lithography and 193nm immersion multiple-patterning processes (LELE, SAQP)
Experience with photolithography optics or simulation tools such as Prolith or S-Litho
Proficiency in statistical data analysis using JMP or Python
