About the role
- Define firmware architecture based on design and customer requirements
- Collaborate closely with HBM architecture, design, and verification teams
- Provide technical leadership from early concept through product sustainment
- Drive technical discussions with internal and external collaborators
- Architect and guide firmware solutions that meet HBM requirements
Requirements
- BSEE or greater
- 10+ years of relevant Engineering or Design Engineering experience
- Strong experience in embedded systems or firmware development
- Proven ability to architect complex firmware systems
- Background in memory technologies such as DRAM, HBM, NAND
- Familiarity with high-speed interfaces and protocols
- Experience working in cross-functional silicon development teams
- Understanding of DRAM operation and JEDEC standards
