About the role

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of U.S. Greenfield FAB Construction projects
  • Collaborate with entire Project team including from Global Facilities, Site Facilities, Construction, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Layout and Planning
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class Engineering and Construction practices
  • Supervise cost management initiatives and ensure Construction cost tracking
  • Be responsible for schedule management initiatives to ensure Construction progress tracking
  • Oversee commissioning process initiatives to ensure facilities are operational
  • Implement comprehensive risk management practices

Requirements

  • 15 to 20-years experience in Construction-related industry
  • Minimum 5-years experience as Construction project manager or Construction director role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field
  • Technical expertise, knowledge, and experience on Facilities and Semiconductor Construction and Systems
  • Ability to travel 15-25% of the time or more
