- Drive M&A and Venture Capital strategy
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and due-diligence efforts for M&A, VC, and partnerships

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in M&A, Venture Capital, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiation, and strategy
- Experience leading transaction processes and conducting due diligence
- Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
