- We’re looking for a 2D/3D Motion Designer to join a new in-house team at one of our top clients.

Requirements
- **Essential Skills:****
- - A strong portfolio, with examples of great creative thinking across different channels.
- - Experience with AI - Google Gemini / Nanobanana, ChatGPT, Arcads, Mirage, or Layer.
- - Lead end-to-end concept development, steering the vision and guiding junior members from brief through to completion.
- - Collaborate closely with producers, fellow creatives and internal marketing teams and apply your creative skills and design expertise to build innovative marketing campaigns.
- - Ensure there is a strong, compelling idea at the heart of all creative executions.
- - Build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders defending ideas and pushing the creative thinking along the way.
- - Thrive in brainstorms and contribute to the development of original concepts.
- - Responsible for a wide variety of hands-on creative tasks, including graphic design, illustration, layout, artworking, asset preparation and storyboarding.
- - Strong stakeholder management skills.
- - Articulate and present ideas to senior stakeholders
- - On top of trends in the creative arts, competitors and inspiration from unlikely sources.
- - A love and understanding of mobile games, and gaming culture
- - Great attention to detail – quality controlling content to ensure it is consistent in style, quality, and tone
- - Excellent skills in the Adobe package
- - Excellent skills in storytelling
- **Bonus Skills:**
- - Gaming experience
- - Working knowledge of motion graphics, gameplay recording and animation.
- - Good illustration skills
- - Social media savvy
- - Experience in the production of content for user acquisition
- - Open and excited by latest innovations in the space – for example the use of AI in creativity
