About the role
- Proactively and comprehensively manage our clients and travel agency partners within Account Management
- Own a client portfolio and ensure optimal utilization of our services while driving the strategic expansion of our product offering
- Actively strengthen customer retention and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Sales, IT and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations and strong results
- Independently manage projects and contribute your ideas
Requirements
- Completed training in travel management or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant professional experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Travel Specialist or in a comparable role within the travel industry
- Ideally, experience with OBE systems (online booking engines)
- Strong negotiation skills, a self-directed and detail-oriented working style, and excellent communication skills
- Team player with a sense of ownership and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with Office software and a strong affinity for digital tools and new systems
- Business-fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
