About the role

  • Proactively and comprehensively manage our clients and travel agency partners within Account Management
  • Own a client portfolio and ensure optimal utilization of our services while driving the strategic expansion of our product offering
  • Actively strengthen customer retention and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, IT and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations and strong results
  • Independently manage projects and contribute your ideas

Requirements

  • Completed training in travel management or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Travel Specialist or in a comparable role within the travel industry
  • Ideally, experience with OBE systems (online booking engines)
  • Strong negotiation skills, a self-directed and detail-oriented working style, and excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a sense of ownership and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient with Office software and a strong affinity for digital tools and new systems
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
