About the role
- First point of contact for employees with HR-related questions
- Maintain employee master data and support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Process applications quickly and professionally; communicate with applicants
- Coordinate and develop onboarding plans
- Monitor vacation, working hours and absences
- Prepare reliable data for payroll processing
- Actively contribute to workplace health promotion initiatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on human resources, or an equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in HR
- Confident user of Microsoft Office programs
- Ideally experience with an HRM/HRIS system
- Communicative, well organized and able to keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks
- Discretion, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
- Enjoy administrative tasks and direct contact with people
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
