About the role

  • You support the technical setup of new and existing customer accounts — from planning through to implementing customer requirements
  • You review existing configurations in detail, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations
  • You maintain and update customer data and rate codes — ensuring accuracy and currency
  • You respond to internal and external inquiries regarding configurations, data, or processes — promptly, reliably, and courteously
  • You contribute to the ongoing development of our product portfolio — fresh ideas are always welcome
  • You coordinate with system partners when technical issues arise
  • You work closely with our Sales and Product Management teams
  • You participate in internal meetings and actively help shape our operations

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Initial experience in technical implementation or rollout is a plus but not required
  • Strong technical understanding and a process-oriented, independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
