About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our customers with questions and concerns about our EGYM Digital products (primarily the Branded Member App, Trainer App, EGYM Cloud, etc.) and ensure service- and solution-oriented support — mainly by phone, but also by email
- You analyze technical issues (e.g., error analysis of apps, API interfaces, or user accounts) and act as an interface primarily to colleagues in Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- You proactively take responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations and thereby increase our customers' satisfaction
- You ensure careful documentation of all customer inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system (Salesforce)
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training, ideally with an IT focus or similar
- You have previous professional experience in customer support / customer service in a digital environment
- You are technically inclined and enjoy getting to the root of issues
- You have very strong problem-solving skills and excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- You are communicative and speak fluent German and English; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
