About the role

  • Generate real and recurring revenue by originating, closing, and activating B2B clients.
  • Operate under a 100% outbound B2B model, owning the sales cycle.
  • Ensure profitability, active platform usage, and regulatory compliance in all activity.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance, and RevOps teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, financial services, payments, FX, or cross-border solutions.
  • Proven experience with outbound sales models and active pipeline management.
  • Experience engaging with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
  • Spanish: Native or fluent.
  • English: B2 or higher (professional business communication).
  • Brazil: Portuguese: Native or fluent, English: B2+ or higher (required).
