About the role
- Generate real and recurring revenue by originating, closing, and activating B2B clients.
- Operate under a 100% outbound B2B model, owning the sales cycle.
- Ensure profitability, active platform usage, and regulatory compliance in all activity.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance, and RevOps teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, financial services, payments, FX, or cross-border solutions.
- Proven experience with outbound sales models and active pipeline management.
- Experience engaging with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
- Spanish: Native or fluent.
- English: B2 or higher (professional business communication).
- Brazil: Portuguese: Native or fluent, English: B2+ or higher (required).
