About the role
- Manage and refine lead management processes to ensure accurate and timely allocation
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to drive strategic and tactical decisions
- Deliver forecasting, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility
- Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Administer and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) and sales tooling (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
- Troubleshoot operational issues before they affect the team
- Organize data and generate customer and prospect insights to support pipeline generation
- Deliver training and ensure adoption of sales processes and systems
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Australian GTM Operations teams to align execution
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or GTM Ops roles
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment tools)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-scaling environment
- A proactive mindset and a desire to build scalable, effective GTM systems
