About the role

  • Manage and support a portfolio of specialty retail and boutique accounts
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to maintain relationships and follow up on opportunities
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer preferences, buying history, and product needs
  • Proactively recommend relevant products, new arrivals, and catalog updates
  • Increase the number of customer touchpoints to support conversion and retention
  • Facilitate orders and coordinate internally to ensure smooth processing
  • Maintain accurate customer notes, activity tracking, and follow-up records

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in customer success, inside sales, or phone-based sales
  • Experience supporting retail, DTC, apparel, or consumer goods brands
  • Comfortable making and receiving frequent phone calls
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt conversations to a wide range of customer types
  • Clear spoken and written English
  • Preferred Experience: Experience within lingerie, intimate apparel, or fashion wholesale
  • Experience supporting boutique or specialty retail customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools
