About the role

  • Maintain and update product listings across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
  • Manage parent-child variations, size and color attributes, and detailed product data
  • Upload and maintain product images, A+ content, and video assets in alignment with brand standards and Amazon guidelines
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve listing issues such as suppressed ASINs, orphan listings, and data inconsistencies
  • Create, edit, and manage flat files, templates, and bulk uploads
  • Support price changes, content updates, and Amazon system-related challenges
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external partners to execute content updates as needed
  • Monitor listing health and proactively flag issues or opportunities

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings
  • Direct experience working within Amazon Vendor Central
  • Experience with Seller Central strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot Amazon platform issues independently
  • High attention to detail, particularly with complex product variations
  • Experience working with consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or soft goods
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
