About the role
- Manage Property Condition Assessments and Construction Monitoring related services
- Overseeing Real Estate and Construction site inspections and assessments
- Preparation of Construction Cost Estimates and Schedules
- Providing Construction Plan and Cost Reviews
- Conducting peer trainings and mentoring staff
- Perform site inspections of commercial buildings to identify deficiencies
- Develop project budgets, preparing contracts, monitoring project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or construction science
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and understanding of current ASTM standards for property condition assessments
- Knowledge and understanding of current ASTM standards for seismic risk assessments
- Understanding of general building codes
- Understanding of general building construction and design
- Understanding of cost estimation techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
